    I gotta say, when you walk by China City it isn't the most appealing of places but don't be fooled by the odd exterior...the food is delicious and fresh! I usually order the Chicken Chow Mein, an egg roll and sometimes the mixed soup (Won To/Egg Drop). My husband orders the Singapore Street Noodles. Not a typical Chinese menu item but he fell in love with it and always gets it!
    We also like the boneless spare ribs and Shrimp with Snow Peas.
    We have always ordered take out but there is a place to dine if you'd like. Not the best atmosphere but I've seen plenty of people sit inside the restaurant.
    The Adirondacks doesn't have many choices for Chinese food. You can count on China City!

    Best chinese food at town！
    chicken wings and beef mei fen was
    SUPER delicious！！
    The hot &sour soap are alittle bit spicy,but it really warm me up,when i was paddle boarding,i fall to the lake.all dress are wet and could lol...love it！

    Surprised by how good the food was!  Definitely will be back on our next trip to Lake Placid.

    China Kitty is good Chinese food. The fam is hardworking and are very noble people. Love there food because it's reasonably priced.

    My husbqnd and I are visiting from Rhode Island. Our first night here in Lake Placid. We wanted something quick so we stopped in here. We placed our order and it came out quick. We werent thrill3d wi5h the food but after a 6 hr drive it would do. Until i tried the mooshoo that i ordered. It was horrible. Inedible because of all the salt.  She took it from me and threw it out in front of me and said...your still paying for it...well that wasnt going to happen!!! She proceeded to make another order and eat it in front of me with food coming out of her mouth stating..its fine. I have NEVER had this kind of experience before. I only gave 1 star because 0 stars wasnt an option
